Complaints to SRA

We are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) to ensure we are compliant with the SRA’s Principles, act independently, fairly, with integrity and in the best interests of our clients. The SRA can assist with any concerns you may have about our firm’s behaviour which can include:

  • Dishonesty
  • Taking or losing money
  • Treating you unfairly because of your age, a disability or other characteristic

Kayson Solicitors strive to not just meet but exceed your requirements.

In the event you feel we have fell below your requirements, you have the right to make a complaint about our firm to the SRA.

Please see the SRA’s website for further guidance as to how you can bring about a complaint. Please note in most cases the SRA may not take your complaint further unless you have raised the complaint directly with us.

Should you require any further assistance or guidance about making a complaint to the SRA then you should contact the SRA Contact Centre.

If you wish to make a complaint to the SRA you should contact the SRA Reports Team.
